Carvy's proprietary AI has been trained on millions of real-world vehicle fault patterns, repair records, and diagnostic data across hundreds of makes and models. It's highly accurate for common issues that said, it's an AI tool, not a physical inspection. Always consult a qualified mechanic for safety-critical issues or anything you're unsure about.
Make sure the plate is clearly visible and well-lit when scanning. UK plates only work with DVLA-registered vehicles. If your car isn't registered in the UK, use the VIN option instead. Private plates may occasionally not match in that case, try typing the plate manually.
Yes. For non-UK vehicles, enter your 17-digit VIN to look up your vehicle via NHTSA (covers US, Canada, and most international vehicles). The diagnosis and cost estimate features work globally.
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Carvy → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Carvy → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google, not Carvy directly. For App Store refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. We recommend cancelling before the trial ends to avoid charges.
